How to reach Aranyak Resorts?
Reaching Aranyak is very easy as Bandhavgarh and Kanha is well-connected to all the major national highways and you can get to this place using all the major modes of transport. For detailed information about it, click on this link:

Is the pickup and drop service available?
Yes, we are providing pickup and drop service from all the nearest airports, railway stations and bus stops. The charges for the pickup and drop would be determined as per your location.
How many additional beds can you have in one room?
You can get a maximum number of 1 additional bed in your room.
Is parking available at your resort?
Yes, we have a dedicated space for parking which can accommodate a significant number of vehicles.
Are medical services available at the Resort?
There is a first-aid kit available at our resort with all the necessary bandages, antiseptics, and basic medicines. If the condition worsens, there is a government hospital nearby and our staff will quickly take the patient there.
What should I do if I lose or forget something in my room?
We suggest all our guests check their belongings before check-out. However, if you still forget something in the room, we will send the item through courier
Is wi-fi available on the premises and rooms of your resort?
We provide high-speed wireless internet connectivity in our common areas at both Bandhavgarh and Kanha.
Can we play loud music and party outside?
We strictly adhere to rules of forest and discourage playing loud music, bursting crackers or creating any nuisance that disturbs the fragile ecosystem of the forest.
How to book a Jungle Safari?
We assist you in booking the tiger safari both at Kanha and Bandhavgarh, the same can be done by making a call on our customer help numbers.
What are the timings for the morning and evening safari?
The timing for the morning safari is 6 AM and for evening safari, it is 3 PM. The duration of the safari tour would be approximately 3 to 4 hours
Can I book extra safaris after reaching your property?
Yes, you surely can. We understand that you might be willing to do more safaris after seeing the surroundings and we have a fleet of jeeps along with drivers that can take multiple groups on the ride at the same time. However, the availability of jeeps depends on many things and we would suggest that you pre-book the safari before coming to the resort.
What all things should I carry while doing a safari?
If you go by the book then you should have a mask, Valid Government ID, binoculars, camera, shoes, cap/hat, safari clothes. Even if you don’t have a high-end DSLR, you can take some close shots with your camera phone as well.
What is the timing for check-in and check-out?
The timing for check-in and check-out is 1:30 PM and 11:00 AM respectively.
Can I book a resort room by telephone or email?
Yes, we make the experience of booking easy and effortless for our guests. If you are comfortable in booking your room over a call or email, we are absolutely fine with it.
What is the Payment Refund Policy?
If you cancel your safari or stay, you will definitely get a refund but the amount that you get back totally depends on the circumstances under which we have to cancel the booking. Please read about our cancellation policy below link to be provided
